Andrew Scott is Principal Scientist and Professor of Economics at Oxford University. He is the author of The Longevity Imperative and co-author, with Lynda Gratton, of The 100-Year Life. His work examines how longer lives are changing the economy, the workplace, public policy, and the way we think about education, retirement, and health.
