Cancellation policy
Lifespan sells digital memberships. We do not offer pre-orders or try-before-you-buy, and nothing purchased is shipped.
Paid membership plans, automatic renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by our Terms of Use & Membership Terms:
- Cancellation of automatic renewal: Section 5.5

- Founder Member, one-time payment and lifetime access: Sections 5.1 and 5.8
- Withdrawal rights for consumers in the European Union, European Economic Area, and United Kingdom: Section 7
Monthly Member and Annual Member plans renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel automatic renewal at any time using the membership-management controls in your account. We will not require you to call or speak with an agent to cancel online, and any retention offer may be bypassed. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless applicable law or your cancellation confirmation states otherwise, you keep paid Member access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Canceling does not by itself produce a refund; refunds are addressed in Section 5.6.
The Founder Member plan is a single one-time payment. It does not automatically renew, so there is no recurring charge to cancel and no cancellation deadline.
